Respect min/max SL/PT also for indicator-based SL/PT

Min/Max SL/PT set in Trading options could be respected also when strategy uses SL/PT based on indicators.

crucial task....every strategy need to have some MIN/MAX values of SL/PT as it was automatically in the old SQ

if i set something in trading options, it need to be respected for all kind of SL and PT

but we are setting this value for both SL and PT, if i want to set SL and PT differently, i cant...

better to set it up right in SL and PT settings - with some checkbox

fixed. I also separated Minimum and maximum for SL and for PT, now you can configure them separately.
