CPU usage weak and fluctuating - 9 % up to 95 % when using the Optimizer

Hello,

Only the optimizer is working. The CPU utilization is fluctuating. 70% of the time it is in a high range (75 - 95%). 30% of the time it is in a lower range (5 - 10%).

I continued to study the low CPU usage. The load is low if I'm not logged in on the pc (WIN 10 Prof.).
I am logged in then the CPU usage increases - see attachment. When I am logged in for a while (10 min) then the cpu usage fluctuate.

OK, none of the above mistakes is there. If the optimizer computing WF-runs then the CPU usage is low - see attachment.

yes, this is known issue, there already is a task for it.
