4.120 stop databank sync if I load strategies to this database

Hi,

I Load 30000 Strategies to 01 IS Generation.

I found the message "Start databank Synchronisation" during this loading process.

It make no sense to synchronise this database "01 IS Generation" If I load Strategies to this database.

In my eye it make sense to stop all databank synchronisation if a user load strategies to a database.

Or you can stop the synchronisation to this dataase "01 IS Generation" during the loading process.
