QuantDataManager -- TimeZone feature and spread feature don't work

When you export with Timezone e.g UTC+2  and then import into MT5  and click to start backtesting you get an error that the data starts  2003.5.5  at 00:00  and then it stops immediately .



On fixed Spreads you can't enter a floating number . You can enter integers e.g 1, 2 etc but if you try to enter 0.3 or 0.8 , it does not work.
