Avg Bars win minimize?

Dear Fric,

in the raking options, we can both maximize or minimize the fitness functions. I noticed two facts:

- It's a bug that we could only minimize Avg Bars Wins. It would be normal maximize them.
- It's strange that we could only maximize Standard Dev: many people would minimize them.

Could you introduce the possibility of select "maximize/minimize" for both the options, please?
