[121] UI issues in custom projects

My build mode is random, but there are two databanks related to genetic evolution always show up in custom project.

Even I delete them, they still exist after restarting SQ, it does not happen every time, quite annoying.

yes, its doing also for genetic settings mostly on restart SQX - i dont have set up to see last generation or using initial population

also the value of databanks on the projects page is not correct - i see 6 databanks but only using 2 on project

also the number of databanks in the main page of custom projects is strange - i am using only 3 databanks, but the main page tells me 7
