CRUCIAL - cloning to EST07 is not to the end - missing some M1 candles

i have downloaded dukascopy new data - till friday, ending 20:59

if i make clone to UTC2 everything seems to work well - UTC2 ends 23:59

but EST07 clone ends earlier - 23:11

48 minutes missing

using view and analyze tool to see the diff
