DST

My broker working with UTC+2 and New York DST. As far as I know in the SQX I can not do that. I think it is a good thing that every user can change the DST and GMT Offset, acording with it broker, like Birt in Tick data Manager(See Capture 2).

use EST07, its UTC2 with US DST
