Crosscheck retest with Higher precision

This does not work with Daily strategies at all and thus probably not at all on any time frame.  I did a taskflow with 1 min and then one with real tick both sessions created about 350 strategies with  Crosscheck Higher resolution that went to Taskflow were 1 min resolution is now retested and identical ranking was used as in Crosscheck Higher resolution. Not even one (1) strategy made it.

This was fixed  B123/124 it was  i think by Tamas he found a bug. I have not tested it again thought have been to bussy.
