Blue screen after two days of working on SQ

Hi
I had a blue screen two times last period after two, three days of working on SQ.
Possibly this issue is not cause of SQ program but in any case I send you the log file to take a look.
Thank you

Build 121, in random generated mode,

quite often (once a day) inside the program window in Builder mode all stops moving as it freezes and not even press the stop button,

have to close the window, the dialog box (you really want to leave ) works.

It is good that the strategies are saved (automatic synchronization every hour) and the next time the program is loaded correctly results with generated strategies.

Kernel processor of 30 (32 cpu AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2950X, certainly latest BIOS )

Memory is more than enough and is setup (set the maximum amount of memory 15GB).

garbage collector - parallelGC (recomended)

dont store unfilled pending orders ON (recomended)

perform memory cleanup periodically - every hour (this is problem solution!)

databanks auto-sync every 1h On

troubleshooting OFF

latest Win10

video adapter MSI R9 270

I solved this problem with a tick "perform memory cleaning periodically-every clock".

Strictly speaking this is not a problem as it has a solution, hence is added in this thread.

Thanks SrGo
I have also plenty of RAM (32 gb)
But i'm working it in full performance so CPU is 100% of use (AMD FX8350)
Although i'm working on SQ a lot of months, this issue happened to me last days two times. Possibly it's not of SQ activity.
In any case I will follow your proposals to see what will happen.

could you attach your build configuration (.cfx file) ?

It could be that your setting is causing some memory allocation leaks that cause these problems.

Hi

I send you the last two builder configs through which I had the blue screen.
I also attach the type of Blue Screen I have.
Thank you

It might be a RAM physical problem, you can try to inspect your RAM by a tool in Windows 10.

I'm refusing it, I didn't find any problem with configs.

It could be unrelated to SQ, or it could be caused you using CPU for 100% for too long, but in any case the possible bug seems to be outside SQ.

If you'll experience it repeatedly it is possible that there is some bad memory sector in your RAM, you can check it with some tool.

Thank you Mark
As I also mentioned in start this issue possibly had another cause.
I checked all hardware (RAM etc.) and was ok.
Finally I discovered that this issue happened because of a software I was running in the same time with SQ. So since I stopped this software since two weeks now this issue disappeared and everything is working fine.

Thanks again
