Pls implement an option to ( trading options) remove pending orders outside time range ( when limit time range is ON )

This option is already implemented. If you check Exit At End Of Range in Trading Options settings, all orders (live and pending) will be closed at the end of a range.
If you think it doesn't work correctly for some strategy, please attach it.

This is not about open trades. We need to have open trades open and pending orders removed. So we will not enter any new positions outise trading range

ok, I got it now, you want to keep open orders but close pending ones.
But I don't want to do it like this, it will complicate the configuration. Exit at end of range means that all orders (live and pending) are closed at the end of range. I don't see the purpose of closing only pending orders.

We can cheet it now by set pending orders = 1. Purpose of closing only pending orders is that we don't want to enter positions during not liquid sessions
