Export source codes for MultiCharts in *.pla format

see screenshot - add possibility to export source code for MultiCharts.

MultiCharts cannot import *.el files directly, it uses its own *.pla format.

TODO:
- find out what is *.pla format. If it is just ZIP or some XML maybe we can use it. If it is binary and we cannot get documentation about it then just leave it and close the task.

- if the format i susable add one more option "EasyLanguage for MultiCharts (*.pla)"

See attached screenshot what formats MultiChart support.

If you can't convert source codes to be *.pla, you can try to use XML that MultiCharts support it as well.
