Databank Refresh icon

This is related to reported bugsabout disappearing records :

It is sometimes happening, but we ar eunable to reproduce it, so it is difficult to fix this.


Thsi new Refresh button will;
- clear databank grid on frontend
- request and draw complete data from backend
- updates the grid AND number of records above the databank
- everything will be checked for failure and logged - backend will make sure that frontend received and displayeddata, or frontend will return an error.
