Fatal Java crashes on Win7 x64 machine

Whenever I try to turn SQX on my Win7 x64 machine, sooner or later it crashes/exits. There are no error messages before exiting but the log file shows Java problems.

This happens on both Win7  x64 machines I have licenses for but not on my Win10 x64 machine.

Status changed from New to Waiting for information

I cannot be sure, but it seems this is related to your computer and it could be a hardware prblem - maybe bad memory block.

We don't receive any similar reports form other users.

So try to check your RAM memory using some tool.

You can also try a different Java version:

- download JDK from this link: https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/openjdk11-binaries/releases/download/jdk-11.0.4%2B11/OpenJDK11U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_11.0.4_11.zip

- rename folder /j64 in SQ installation to /j64_old

/ unzip the downloaded ZIP there and change its name to j64.

This will make SQ use OpenJDK Java instead of Java from Azul.

But I still think it is a bad memory problem in your case.
