[Build 125] Genetic builder defect important functions from 3.8 version

Dear SQ Staff:

SQX Genetic builder Defect 4 important functions:
1.Max tree depth
2.Divide IS period to Training/Validation and Training % bar
3.Restart evolution generation  filler options ( customize forms options)
4 Restart if fitness option of In Sample (whole ,Training,Validation)

2.,3.,4. are missing and they will be added later

I have updated to 124 version , but 2,3,4 are still not see in genetic option yet?

2. is in Data - uyou can have multiple IS Validation periods


3. is in Genetic options
