Calculate of Avg.Profit per year (%)

Calculate of Average profit per year% in SQX seems have bug

for my attachment example:
I SUM and Average all years YTD =357.89
then / my initial capital 10000 USD
used excel shows percentage=3.58%
But in SQX shows 57% its very large different (my attachment: avg profit per year% bug.xlsx)


this 57%(average profit per year %)  How to calculated ?
