WF Matrix Failed, you can see the result on the left.

The one on the right chart only shows on which of the runs you currently are.

Why this strategy display WF Passed but Databank results failed result?

Because you changed the conditions on the result tab.

Result Passed/Failed in the databank shows the original result of the optimization.
