Entry/exit data to .csv

Hello

Entry/exit indicators fall off when downloaded to a .csv. More specifically, only the first indicator is downloaded to the .csv when prompted.

Please see the attached file for clarification. For example, for the first system, the indicators used are EMA, momentum, and SMA. Out of these, only EMA made it to the .csv. The same issue holds true for all following systems as illustrated on the pic.

Would appreciate a fix.

Thanks.

It works for me. Please open the file in some text editor and make sure that the data are not there.

If the data are really missing please send me the csv and the problematic strategies to fix it.

No, the data are there.  See the attachments

You need to set correct settings while you importing the data to your office app

especially semicolon separator and quoted texts

Sorry, I do see this now.

Really weird - in the raw .csv file, this data disappears. So separators etc won't matter, because the data is simply gone. But if opened as .txt the data is there!

I still believe that you just need to set the correct settings.

What app do you use to open csv files exactly ?

Only excel. And when I do so, only the first indicator makes the cut. See screenshot with unformatted data (ie before separators etc). The data looks like it has been cut off.

second step.. choose semicolon as delimiter and uncheck comma, text qualifier set to " (Quotation mark)

then it will work

I realize that this is not a SQ issue, so first of all thanks for your help.

Also, following the steps above makes no difference unfortunately. The entries are already missing in the first step, so it makes no difference what you do in the second step I'm afriad (since the data isn't there per the screenshot).

Really weird... unless I am missing something very obvious.
