Bug in Multicharts Indicator SQ_MACD

There is a bug in calculation of the SQ_MACD Signal.
Based on docs online EMA should be used here instead of SMA.

as in other indicator - our implementation is based on MetaTrader. If we'd change it now all the existing strategies based on MACD Signal will start behaving differently.

We could create a "standard" implementation of MACD (feature request, not a bug), but I don't see it as a big priority. Indicator computation in SQ matches the one in Tradestation/MultiCharts because we use custom function SQ_MACD, and so the strategy trading matches.

This is what matters most.
