CANT SET TIMER - B124 mql error

i have rebuild all of my strategies to B124 and also make a new MQL versions and put strategies to MT4 on monday

on many strategies i am getting this kind of error - cannot set timer

previous MQL code from B122 doesnt do that

will the trading itself be affected by this error or not? i am talking here about REAL MONEY

That is an MT4/5 issue. Try changing timeframe to restart the EA

Hi Hankeys,

this error will not affect the strategies profitability, it has no impact on trading.

MetaTrader5 started to make problems when setting timers some time ago, we needed to modify MQL a little. Sometimes it throws this kind of error, but it's nothing important really.

We use the timer to periodically clean up global variables that were set in order for the strategy to manage its orders. When orders get closed or expire, a lot of variables stay there, so we are cleaning it.
