Can't disable Automatic FIlters

in 1.23 & 1.24, turning off all Automatic Filters on Ranking, doesn't work, because I still see strategies being dismissed with:

- Main test - dismissed: Automatic filter: too many open trades

this one filter actually cannot be disabled - there is a hardcoded boundary  of maximum 100 trades that strategy is allowed to open in parallel. If it crosses this boundary it means something is wrong with the strategy - probably it never closes the trades.
