Data Manager: Parallel Download Count: No effect (Minor Priority)

The parallel download count was set to 2 when I opened up strategy quant. (so i did change the value some time ago, but not within the last days.)
When I pressed "Update all" quite a lot of sessions were opened. The restriction did not show any effect.

The priority of this task is really low, but propably it helps.
