Allow multiple databanks in Retester, retest only selected

TODO:

1. allow creating custom databanks in Retester, just like they are in custom projects. Initial population and Last generation will be not there, only Results (default, undeletable) and custom databanks.

2. allow choosing source and target databank in Retetester

3. option to retest only selected strategies - by default it retests all strategies in databank
