condition when can't trade

I think it would be a useful feature to determine which hours or other reasons can't open a new trade. 

 one such case is preventing trade opening when there is a spead raised by a broker (for example, a warrant can be opened under a strategy if the spread is 5 or less) (especially during ongoing rollover).
