Optimizing Tool

The Optimizing tool stopped working for all strategies shortly after the update came out on 11/14/2019. It wouldn't follow the money management for any percentage based settings, seems to have stopped using any leverage, and makes any strategies optimized worse off including strategies improved on 11/13/2019 and before. I spent always trying to revert the optimizer back to yesterdays results and nothing works leading me to belief it must be related to the upgrade. Should I uninstall and reinstall the entire program to fix it? The Retester works fine with no problems providing me a chance to check the strategies used in the optimizer.
