[124] MultiCharts still fills empty bars

After filtering empty bars from data.
The behavior didn't changed.
There are empty bars inside 'trades on chart'.
Indicators are affected too.

1H strategy has bars:

2019-01-07 12:00:00

During these bars Indicators are calculated and 'trades on chart' has these bars.
