[125] After upgrade accepted strategies goes to 0

124 build generated around 20 strategies per hour.

After upgrade to 125 I get zero strategies per hour.
In 125 build I adjusted slippage per trade.

Included 124 config and data.

It seems like there is a bug in monte carlo retests - spread option.

After disabling this test I'm able to generate strategies again.

Or there was a bug in spread until 125 build and spread wasn't working
