Some values in Custom Filters are broken

As noted by #5739, you seem to have broken Custom Filters with this build.



For me, using Winning Percent > 50% is not working: it's simply being ignored and all strategies are appearing in Databank even if Winning Percent is much less than 50%.


Worked fine in all previous builds.
