higher precision crosschec - useless spread settings

please remove this useless setting in crosscheck higher precision

if i change the market in the main data setting tab and this market has different spread value i need everytime also change the spread in the crosschecks for higher precision

its nonsense to have this setting in the crosschecsk, because i want to retest strategy with the same spread i have set in main data
