Total trading years calculated error

For my example:

2003-2019
many years no trading (2006-2014,2018) YTD=0
Only 2003-2005,2015-2017,and 2019 have traded
real total Trading Years is 3(2003-2005)+3(2015-2017)+1(2019)=7 not 17
