Optimize button to load strategy to Optimizer
As same as thre is Retest button add a new Optimize button next to Retest button.
Optimize button will get the selected one strategy and load it to Optimizer.
It will:
- check if only one strategy is selected, otherwise it will display error "You have to select only one strategy"
- display dialog with checkbox option "Apply strategy config" - if turned on (by default), it will load last strategy settings to Optimizer.

The Optimiser can optimise multiple strategies in a databank. It should display a warning or display a prompt to ask if more than 1 strategy is desired for the optimiser
