[Build 126] Enable Magic Numbers is ignored when strategies have already magic number

I tried to save multiple strategies with option to set automatically magic numbers in sequence.

But it seems that this setting is ignored (at least for strategies which have already some magic number set).

When option to set Magic number is checked during saving I would expect it to overwrite already existing magic number instead of keeping old and ignoring new settings.

The problem was the magic number handling was not applied when saving strategies into SQX files.

It is now implemented for SQX format as well
