AlgoWizard: condition fields stay empty

I currently have troubles creating new strategies using the AlgoWizard (included in the SQ interface). I did a fresh install of Windows (Windows 10 Pro 64bit, Version 1909, build 18363.592) and StrategyQuantX (build 126.2189) and as you can see from the attached figure I'am not able to add any conditions. The fields simply stay empty or a strange "Not" appears. I also tried to add an action, but then it even gets worse as I'am no longer able to edit the conditions nor does the placed action make any sense to me. Last I tried to start off with a complete new configuration (using the simple wizard) but then the GUI seems to be broken (see ..._GUI_error_2 screenshot) as now both strategy types are selected. I only get rid of these errors by completely shut down SQ and restart it. However, the initially mentioned issues still exist. By the way, same things happen using the stand alone version of AlgoWizard.
