Add What If Logic to Templates

I suggested something similar when previously discussing adding the What-If Scenarios from Quant Analyzer to SQX. However, it may be better suited to be implemented in Algowizard templates. It would really be great to tweak our strategies to not trade on certain days of the week/hours of the day. It may be less complicated to port this to the templates in Algowizard as it is sort of already a template in Quant Analyzer.
