[126] Sometimes happen retest freeze

I meet this issue when I retest strategies after I build in project.
It will always freeze testing with few strategies.
I notice that when it happen my cpu useage will reduce to 5% or less, that's mean SQX was not running with this task.
and retest procedure will hold-on at this moment then it can't be continue next task.
Even I stop the project by manual and restart second task(retest) again it will also freeze with last few strategies.
