Improved strategies merging - multiple options

2. Merge to one - multiple strategies will be merged to one tradable strategy - this will work only for MT4 and MT5 hedged.
3. Create ensemble system - combine strategies into an ensemble system.

consider also that the "portfolios" should have their own databank - not put them to a databank where strategies are - same behavior as its in QA
also splitting the portfolio to a single strategies could be usefull feature, so if we save the portfolio file we can get from it the strategies
