Databank column request: Strategy Timestamp when strategy was entered into databank or last modified

Can we please have an additional timestamp column for a strategy being added to a databank. This makes strategies easy to track when tasks are half way through completing. Can this date either be the last modified date:

1. New strategy enters databank - Timestamp = last modified date = entry date
2. Strategy exists but is retested or modofied - Timestamp = last modified date
