Multicore CPU support

Hi,



Unlike Strategyquant X that can use full power of multicore CPU, QuantAnalyzer cpu usage is very low when building portfolio. It will be great to unleash the full CPU power for portfolio builder. We can generate lots of strategies now with powerful computer like Threadripper. But it takes a very long time generate a portfolio.
