127: DEV Metatrader can not open limit order

I've just checked the new 127 dev build. Unfortunately, metatrader 5 could not place limit orders. I have the following errors. It is strategy 0.160 with enter at limit and enter at stop blocks.
Also I have tried strategy 0.2443 which is opened by market. It works correctly. 
I have attached data file and settings.
