Have the ability to set Shift as a range

This would mean we could test whether a condition was true in the last X bars. At the moment I believe you have to setup a fuzzy logic signal with multiple conditions that each look at a different Shift value. This takes a lot of time to write and the range can't be optimised during strategy generation.
