Update to latest file open/save/select dialogs

Currently these seem to be an old version, e.g. they don't allow you to select from your pinned favourites from Win Explorer. This makes finding frequently used folders a much longer process.

sorry, I don't understand. When I open File dialog I see Recent items there:
