Percent values

Hi SQX team,

I was thinking about add percent values in SQX configuration settings and others in order to simplify the use by the customer. Sometimes changing asset requires to change lot of parameters in settings and i found the view of some strategies evaluation parameters a little complicated. my idea, for example, is to insert a function to set stop loss as a percent value of the asset's price, and many more like this on other parameters.
