[Build 128] B128 dev testing: Custom projects task settings menu not rendering properly on Full settings tab

Great that you can now see all tasks on "Full settings" tab in Custom Projects. However, if you click on the small settings 'cog' on a task then the resulting menu isn't displayed - see attached. this only happens on the Full settings tab, Progress tab is fine.
