remove the obsolete check

if i want to generate basic STOP strategies and enetering on for example HIGHEST/LOWEST only, why the SQX logic need from me that i need to have also some range in the strategy...i dont want it and its not neccesary

i want logic only

Open Long order at Highest(Main chart, 30, PRICE_OPEN)[5] Stop;

and i dont need any range in the strategy...

yes SQX can generate strategies without range even now, but i need some range building blocks selected - doenst make sense

so remove this check

add one more suggestion - add simple building block to the ranges - "constant pips" so the strategy could have constant range in pips, for example

HIGHEST(30) +- 5 pips
