Add support for merge & split strategies into CLI (Automate Portfolio Master)

Hi, please enable Portfolio Master to run from Scripter or the command line.

The objective is to let it load strats from a directory and spit out a portfolio, then rinse & repeat for each directory.

I was using QuantAnalyzer to import magic#.csv files in FXBlue format but would prefer a SQX Custom Projects task if it can do the same.

Yes, we can add this feature but it will work only for sqx files.
