B129dev2 - custom blocks categories

superb that we have categories in the custom blocks now

i have made 2 categories, export the custom blocks and try to import them to a new SQX...import will recognize that i have 2 categories and if i choose keep the original category after import its imported without categories

and second thing is that the categories are not visible in the building blocks section - only by this way the categories make sense, so we can turn ON/OFF the whole categories of custom blocks in our building tasks

so if i have category UNGER and PIVOTS, in the building blocks should be those categories visible
