Add more signal blocks

1) we are making calibration for LEVELS also for AROON, MTATR and OSMA, but if i look at SIGNALS building blocks i didnt see, that aroon and osma has any levels and mtatr is missing completely. So we are calibrating something which will never be used in the strategy, because those building blocks are missing. Please add the levels for Aroon and Osma and write also building blocks for MTATR


2) why we are calibrating also the STOP/LIMIT PRICE RANGES building blocks? because in the logic of the strategy they dont have any level, they have only PERIOD and SHIFT, so make any calibration is nonsense
