Linux native port - SQX packaging (sample sizes)
Hello,
A large part of current distribution size (50%+) is consistent of tick/history data for sample projects.
It leads to a significant distribution size and consumes a significant disk space having multiple SQX installations. It also causes a particular issue for native packing, update auto process as this data is dynamic by nature.
1) Would it be possible to either separate samples or download this data "on-demand" keeping history tables truncated/clean (not pre-populated as it is now).
2) Separate example symbol names (or have an internal alias EURUSD_smp, whatever name) dedicated to samples.
3) Have an option to remove sample history tick data?
N.B. These are just my thoughts on the subject. Also relevant for Windows.
