New databank action - Compare last settings of two strategies
recurring theme - strategy is retested using slightly different config and user doesn't know where's the difference.

TODO:
- add new databank acton button Compare that will compare last settings of two selected strategies and displays the differences in the window - see screenshot. The comparison will be displayed maube in a new opened modal Java window?
- when not exactly two strategies are selected it will display error "You have to select two strategies for comparison"
