Pausing does not pause B129 dev 3

If I pause a project Optimize task, it does not pause. It keeps using CPU.

This may be solved by this task I raised? https://roadmap.strategyquant.com/tasks/sq4_6616

I was running an Optimize task this time instead of an MC retest task.

This appears to be fixed in RC1. I have yet to test the original issue when running MC tasks related to sq4_6616
